Somatic Unwinding Experience
$300
This is a guided, full-body experience designed to help you ease stored tension and reconnect with your body.
Rather than traditional massage, this session works with your nervous system, fascia, and natural movement patterns to support the body in unwinding itself.
We move through three intentional phases:
Awaken
Somatic Activation
We begin with gentle, guided shaking to wake up the body and bring stagnant energy to the surface.
This rhythmic movement helps:
• stimulate circulation
• hydrate and mobilize fascia
• signal safety to the nervous system
• begin softening areas of held tension
2. Ease
Somatic Clearing
From there, we move into slow, intentional bodywork performed fully clothed using a combination of Sarga Bodywork, assisted stretching, and Thai-inspired techniques.
Working along fascial lines and meridian pathways, this phase supports the body in:
• releasing deep, held tension
• improving mobility and range of motion
• restoring structural balance
• allowing the body to reorganize without force
3. Reset
Alignment
The final phase allows everything to settle.
You’ll be guided into stillness for a restorative sound bath, where therapeutic frequencies help the body integrate the work and the nervous system fully downshift.
From there, we transition into a grounding close with tea—designed to leave you feeling calm, clear, and steady without heaviness.

FAQs
What is a sound bath?
1
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in sound frequencies created by instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. These vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and guide the body into a deeply restorative state.
What are the benefits of a sound bath?
2
Sound baths may support stress relief, improved sleep, emotional release, mental clarity, and nervous system regulation. Many clients describe feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply relaxed after a session.
What is somatic bodywork?
3
Somatic bodywork focuses on the connection between the body and nervous system. Instead of forcing change, it allows the body to release stored tension naturally through slow, intentional techniques like Sarga bodywork, assisted stretching, and guided movement.
What is a somatic release or somatic unwinding?
4
Somatic release is the body’s natural way of processing and letting go of stored stress, tension, or emotion. This can show up as subtle movement, breath changes, or deep relaxation as the body unwinds at its own pace.
Do I need experience with meditation or bodywork?
5
Not at all. These experiences are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether it’s your first time or part of your ongoing practice, you’ll be guided the entire way.
What should I wear or bring?
6
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
